Co-Design Interview: Brave Spaces
Help shape a new workshop on psychological safety and brave space facilitation.
Service Description
Are you a facilitator who leads ideation, strategy, or alignment sessions, or simply someone who holds space for groups to learn, reflect, and move forward together? I’m developing a new pilot workshop called Building Psychological Safety to Drive Change and Innovation for Facilitators, and I’d love your insights to help shape it. This 30-minute research interview is an informal, conversational session where we’ll explore: • The current challenges you face in facilitation • What it takes to create spaces where participants feel safe to learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo • The dynamics, personalities, and “messy middle” moments that can make or break a session • How you personally navigate discomfort, power, and trust as the facilitator My goal is to create a workshop that reflects real needs and gives facilitators tools to hold brave space, not just safe space, when the stakes are high. Whether you’ve been facilitating for years or are growing into the role, your perspective matters. These interviews will help shape the content and design of the June pilot. Interviews are running from May 6 to May 16, and spots are limited. I’d love to hear your story and build something meaningful together.
