The Growth Shelf: A Professional Development Book Club For the curious, the intentional, and the community-minded. If you love to learn through powerful reads and crave meaningful conversation, The Growth Shelf is for you. This quarterly book club is designed to help you grow with purpose—through expertly curated books, reflective discussion, and a community of thoughtful professionals. What’s included for $75/year: - Four 90-minute, expertly facilitated virtual sessions (one per quarter) - Curated learning materials provided during each session for deeper reflection and practical takeaways - Access to a vibrant and supportive learning community (Cost of books not included) Each quarter, you’ll receive a carefully selected book focused on leadership, innovation, culture, or growth. You’ll have time to read at your own pace, then come together for a live session to unpack the ideas, share insights, and explore how to apply them in your own life and work. Book 1: The Long Game by Dorie Clark We’re starting the year with a book that invites us to zoom out and refocus on what really matters.
