The Growth Shelf: A Professional Development Book Club For the curious, the intentional, and the community-minded. If you love learning through powerful reads and crave meaningful conversation, The Growth Shelf is for you. This quarterly book club helps professionals grow with purpose—through expertly curated books, live facilitated discussions, and a thoughtful community that values depth over hype. We have two sessions left in the current cohort. Reach out if you’d like to join now or reserve your spot for the next round starting in April 2026. Current read: Defy by Dr. Sunita Sah This session explores how to think critically and act with integrity in systems that reward conformity—an essential skill for leaders navigating complexity and change. What’s included for $50 (cost to join remaining sessions in the current round): Access to the next two live, 90-minute virtual sessions (one per quarter) Curated learning materials and custom activities for each book Membership in our private LinkedIn group for insights, discussion, and reflection between sessions A supportive professional learning community (Cost of books not included) How it works: At the start of each quarter, you’ll receive the book title and time to read at your own pace. Then we come together for a live, facilitated session to dive into ideas, share insights, and turn learning into action.
