I’m Erin Helcl, founder and Managing Director of New Helio. We help organizations turn challenges into opportunities through facilitation, strategy, and design.

I’ve spent my career leading large-scale transformations across industries, helping teams cut through complexity, align on what matters, and build solutions that last. At New Helio, we create environments where people feel safe to share bold ideas, challenge assumptions, and collaborate toward meaningful outcomes.

What defines our work is the balance between strategy and empathy.
